JAKE PAOLINETTI: POLICE-SANCTIONED CAT KILLER ALLOWED TO ESCAPE JUSTICE?

25 APRIL 2011: Jake Paolinetti and friends drove by John's house one afternoon menacing, stalking and harassing John at his residence (non-coincidental); doing exactly what they did for a number of years at night. Jake can be heard yelling "You motherfucking faggot" etc while John is clearly heterosexual. It is illegal to harass and menace people based upon their suspected sexual preference. This particular part of the case arose from an unwelcome visit by Jake Paolinetti. During the previous year Jake had made criminal threats towards John; saying among other things that he was "going to crush his skull". About one year later after the April 2011 encounter; Jake approached John's place of residence one night after driving by earlier that day menacing and making criminal threats towards John. Jake's false statements regarding his criminal trespass on John's property in April 2011 were enough to arrest Jake under the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution; but the responding Sunnyvale DPS Officer on the scene that night refused to review the video evidence of Jake's criminal threats made towards John on that night in April of 2011; therefore ignoring exculpatory evidence in the process and ultimately placing himself in "dereliction of duty" by attempting to "guide the case."

On December 3rd, 2011; John's beloved cat Precious was found dead on the street in front of his house. The last time John saw Precious was at about 5:30 am on that very same morning; when John said: "I love you, Precious" then went to sleep. After waking up at about 10:30 am the very same day; Johns' neighbors found Precious dead in the street; and came over to tell John what happened. While the death of Precious appeared to be an accident; John suspects that it was made to LOOK like an accident when it very likely was not.

Do you notice blood around the dogs' body? There was absolutely NO blood at the scene of the crime where Precious was found dead; only clear fluid from her head after being smashed in the street. (no photos were taken; but several witnesses saw her body). The evidence was suspicious and suggested foul play was somehow involved.

As it turns out; Officer Odle had been experiencing the same kind of harassment as John; but while Officer Odle seemed truly concerned about John's situation; he seemed unaware of the illegality of this kind of behavior. Despite Officer Odle's valiant actions; the ticket given to the owner of the 4x4 truck was a mere bandaid to help cover up a gaping 5 year old wound. THE SUNNYVALE POLICE ATTEMPTED TO CHANGE A REPORTERS' STORY? The truth is; the Sunnyvale police actually sent Officer Odle to nicely coerce John into changing one of his you tube video stories after Johns' you tube site had been featured at the Sunnyvale police briefing that same morning. John originally wrote "POLICE-SPONSORED STALKING AND HARASSMENT" on top of some of the you tube videos @ http://youtube.com/LREVIDEOGRAPHY causing Officer Odle to ask John if he would change the title to take out the police-sponsored reference; violating Johns' First Amendment rights etc in the process. 

After so many years of John experiencing illegal stalking and abuse; with a Police Officers' son (Officer Don Paolinetti and/or Jake Paolinetti) using  his Fathers' vehicle to harass and stalk John etc; combined with the negligence of local police departments (by default) the Sunnyvale DPS is now in a very large sense responsible for the nightmare John has experienced for so many years > AND WHILE ONE REPORTER MAY BE BACKING DOWN (see link below) JOHN IS CLEARLY NOT. John once received correspondence from Van Morrison's record company; and after a bit of back and forth between parties; the publishing company agreed that if a copyright credit reference was added to any given song ("with kind permission" etc) then it was ok to perform and post Van Morrison songs on youtube.com. But in the end all this accomplished was an avoidance of Van Morrison karaoke songs; which is clearly not in the interest of the artist.

"UPDATE / 9 January 2015: John was out exercising on Friday 8 Jan 2015 when he came upon a lady who is an old neighborhood friend. The lady (who will remain anonymous for now unless later needed) is the mother of someone John went to school with at Laurelwood Elementary School many years ago. In conversation; the subject of the Paolinetti family came up (this particular lady lives near the Paolinetti family) and she claimed that many of the neighbors who live adjacent to the old Paolinetti family house were exposed to a living hell of parties and noise coming from the Paolinetti house. One time an arrow allegedly came flying over the fence. "A gang" is how the lady described them (similar to Johns' description); "very good looking kids who you would not expect to do this kind of thing" she also added. She said that Mister Paolinetti was not a regular cop; but instead a cop "who did paperwork for the other cops" adding that "cops did not want to get Mister Paolinetti in trouble" for some reason unknown; as if they feared Mister Paolinetti or something. The Paolinetti moved out of their house in February 2014..."

NEXTDOOR.COM: PRIVATE BUSINESS OF PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION / DISCRIMINATION ETC

TAP MERRICK

On December 25th, 2015 (Christmas day) Johns' beloved cat Missy was found with a broken back lying on the sidewalk outside Johns' house; causing Missy to be put to sleep. The person of interest who obviously/likely did it can be seen in the act on surveillance camera. John assumed Nextdoor.com was a good site to get the word out about Missy; but after joining Nextdoor.com John was ganged up on by several local residents; and then ultimately blocked from the Nextdoor.com site; violating Johns' civil rights in the process!?!  

Blocked by a mixture of snobby Sunnyvale residents with obvious psychopathic tendencies; and/or just plain stupid people like Tap Merrick of Sunnyvale and Jessica Parrish of Santa Clara etc > Note: While there are many nice people in Santa Clara and Sunnyvale; Santa Clara has a large population of small-minded provincial idiots -- and let's face it; Sunnyvale is known for it's snobbery.

Adding insult to injury; Sunnyvale DPS Officers Fuji and Gantt took TWO MONTHS until February 25th to respond to this incident; where Officer Fuji suggested it was an 'accident'; even though the surveillance footage clearly shows this is not the case. Adding to this; the Veterinarian questioned by Fuji and Gantt did not even view the surveillance footage in question.

The main problem here is that various dotcoms are creating unconstitutional user agreements; whereas online activity is seen somehow as being separate and/or disconnected from the laws and/or rights and/or freedoms that support all other activities. Adding to this; Officer Fuji once told an impressionable young Peterson Middle School student "There is no First Amendment"; and Officer Fuji and Gantt even visited Johns' residence once regarding "questionable" comments on a petition John created; ridiculously suggesting that John was somehow responsible for the free speech of others. John tends to think that Officer Fuji is much younger than John; therefore Officer Fuji has probably does not understand what he has done wrong; as the younger generation has grown up on a watered-down version of the First Amendment. 

QUESTION: Why did Officers Fuji and Gantt stop by Johns' residence unannounced for a relative non-issue regarding a petition; while it took TWO MONTHS for these same Officers to respond to an actual incident that was worth responding to and/or not just and extension of the malicious police harassment John has experienced over the past decade? What are their priorities and/or what did they possibly have to do that took precedence over this incident?

With the rise of the world wide web; some people seem to have forgotten that all civil rights laws etc apply to online activity as well as all other activities. It took roughly 14 years to ratify the First Amendment to the United States Constitution; and it has been about 20 years since the inception of interactive online activity in the mid 1990s -- therefore it is high time for the United States justice system to do something about this messy situation to protect the rights of all people -- once and literally; for all. Because everyone is abhorrent and/or offensive to someone; so we all need to freely express ourselves regardless of disagreement.

BIRDLAND NEIGHBORS AND THE SUPERBIRDLAND! WEB PAGE @ LIKROPER.COM -- John was originally part of the local Yahoo Birdland Neighbors social network newsgroup; but the very next day after posting information about local police corruption John had experienced (The Officer Discher/Officer Beninger incident); John was then unable to access the Birdland Neighbors newsgroup. It turns out that Officer Dischers' big brother is and/or was part of the Birdland Neighbors newsgroup; and likely had something to do with Johns' wrongful expulsion from the group; as Officer Dischers' big brother apparently knew the administrator of the Birdland Neighbors group. To successfully override this (obvious thought control of sorts); John then created the mighty SUPERBIRDLAND! Web page @ http://likroper.com/ which has been a source of local news ever since. This is yet another instance of discrimination which John has faced within his local community over the past few years.

With the numerous e-mails going out today, I would like to urge the Nextdoor moderator to, first issue a warning to John, and if better behavior is not seen immediately, then he ought to be banned from Nextdoor, also..."

Not only did no houses go into 'that field' (Peterson field); but Mister Harrison -- the father of Holly Harrison (one of the hottest chicks who ever went to Peterson High School) thanked John outside the City Council Torture Chambers after council member Otto Lee had John illegally ejected from the meeting; violating Johns' civil etc rights in the process. After John wrote about this particular incident; Otto Lee was then seemingly punished by being sent to Iraq for duty thereafter.

Tap Merrick is also the same person who got jealous when John took over the activism process in his neighborhood. Tap has always been a little jealous of Johns' efforts; and even told John that once while out walking..." Tap said; "John; you're a better man than I" (While Tap was absolutely correct; WTF was that all about?!?) And the local media chose to focus on Tap instead of John when it came to the Full Circle Farm issue; as if Tap Merrick was somehow in control of this effort --- AND EVEN THOUGH JOHN STARTED THE EFFORT TO BEGIN WITH.

Adding to this; John never actually messaged Tap merrick on Nextdoor.com; as the site is and/or was set up so everything posted by anyone goes out to everybody on the site; as well as being posted on a separate web page for all to read.

(Probably because Tap works for a corporation that is a subsidiary of Knight-Ridder corporation or something like that) All Tap wanted to do was pave over the ground squirrels in the Peterson field and make more soccer fields. But! then Tap thankfully lost his bid for a Sunnyvale City Council seat. Note: Tap Merrick can now officially "go fuck himself". Note: John used to talk to Tap Merrick while out exercising; loudly and from a long distance away since John did not want to get to close to Tap for obvious reasons.

NEIGHBORHOOD EXODUS -- During the many years of this said harassment and stalking directed towards John; 4 long time neighbors and 2 short term renter neighbors who lived right across the street from John moved out of the neighborhood to get away from this situation. Many online social networking sites are being abused with illegal censorship that essentially amounts to a form of online vigilante justice. This is unacceptable in a civilized society. Then when you consider the abusive corporate newspaper monopoly aspect of all of this; it takes on an entirely new perspective; as West Coast Leaf lost its' funding from Oaksterdam University right after this episode -- essentially due to illegal federal intimidation and/or coersion of voters roughly 16 years after the initial 1996 Proposition 215 vote -- along with many other cannabis-related publications which lost their funding through this investor intimidation.

Floral discrimination is at the heart of this matter as almost all other plants can be grown at the Full Circle Farm; except for the most important plant of all...CANNABIS.
