First off; John has never met Aaron Diaz; Aaron is not even a resident of Johns' neighborhood -- Aaron is a friend of the Rebholtz family. Adding to this; John also knows most of his adjacent neighbors and gets along with them just fine; thank you (except for the Rebholtz/Paolinetti and/or Olenak familia, of course).
Aaron Diazs’ You Tube comments: “There’s a reason everyone hates you” essentially constitutes a hate crime showing malice and/or malicious intent on the part of the Rebholtz/Paolinetti familia conspiracy; but also shows a lack of sound logic on his part because generalizing shows lack of intelligence.
Aaron Diaz is part of a supposed racial ‘minority’ group who is spewing racial hatred towards a Caucasian – when Caucasians are actually now a minority group in the state of California (determined by population numbers – not Judiciary opinions).
Question: Would the local police be discriminating against and/or violating the civil rights of an African American who faced the same kind of hatred and extended non-coincidental harassment and menacing and stalking by “building a case” against them and removing them from the area? Isn’t that the same kind of thing that happened to Japanese Americans during WWI at Manzanar?
And
as for the “you’re a straight up lunatic” comment: even if John was a
supposed “straight up lunatic”; supposed “straight up lunatics” and/or
mentally compromised individuals (and/or any person with perceived
disabilities) cannot be discriminated against even if the alleged
“lunacy” is imagined; as it clearly is in this case. Other than that;
John liked Lieutenant Simpsons’ 51/50 reference because that is the name
of Eddie Van Halens’ home recording studio.
Moving right along; the KKK reference came from Johns’ online research which showed that night time disturbances like John experienced that are meant to terrorize and/or subjugate individuals have a long and sordid history going back to the KKK and even the Nazis during WWII.
Outspoken
members or workers’ unions were similarly terrorized by night time
attacks for their activities as well. Night time stalking and harassment
is one of the oldest tricks in the book; and this is perhaps why breach
of peace laws were first created.
Aaron
Diaz likely thought John was making a KKK reference to the racial
makeup of the Rebholtz/Paolinetti familia and/or gang (which is for the
most part largely Caucasian); when the reference was actually about
similar past illegal Nazi/KKK etc mistreatment that has occurred over

EXCERPTS FROM THE ADDENDUM BLOG 2 / 9 January 2015: "John was out exercising on Friday 8 Jan 2015 when he came upon a lady who is an old neighborhood friend who lives in his neighborhood. The lady (who will remain anonymous for now unless later needed) is the mother of someone John went to school with at Laurelwood Elementary School many years ago. In conversation; the subject of the Paolinetti family came up (this particular lady lives near the Paolinetti family) and she claimed that many of the neighbors who live adjacent to the old Paolinetti family house were exposed to a living hell of parties and noise coming from the Paolinetti house.
One time an arrow allegedly came flying over the fence. "A gang" is how the lady described them (similar to Johns' description); "very good looking kids who you would not expect to do this kind of thing" she also added. She said that Mister Paolinetti was not a regular cop; but instead a cop "who did paperwork for the other cops" adding that "cops did not want to get Mister Paolinetti in trouble" for some reason unknown; as if they feared Mister Paolinetti or something. The Paolinetti moved out of their house in February 2014..."

WHAT IS GANG STALKING? - Gang Stalking is also systemic form of control, which seeks to control every aspect of a Targeted Individuals life. What is Gang Stalking? A Simple Definition: Under Occupational Health and Safety laws, individuals are being flagged and placed on community notification lists. This is happening without the targets knowledge. In many countries these community notifications are being used by companies and others to target innocent individuals such as whistle-blowers, the outspoken, etc.
In conjunction with these notifications, companies and others are in some cases using a practice that was used in the former soviet union called the psychiatric reprisal. This is used as a means of retaliation, blacklisting, silencing, or controlling members of society. Once on the notification system, warnings about the targets are sent out to every individual the target comes in contact with, thus poisoning their associations, and socially annexing the targeted individual.
