The link below leads to a recently drafted Amended Complaint created to follow up a claim against The City of Sunnyvale etc for various civil rights etc abuses that were allowed to occur over a number of years at Johns' residence including no affirmative action taken by Sunnyvale DPS etc to stop these various illegal activities.
This is the preface to that complaint containing evidence pertaining to the case. UPDATE / 28 September 2017: After filing a claim to the City of Sunnyvale about 6 months ago; John was informed certain sections were incorrect and/or incomplete; needing to be filled out correctly. An Oakland Lawyer named Fulvio Cajina agreed to take the case a few months ago; and John eventually sent all related documents via UPS to Fulvio exactly one week before the claim needed to be refiled on 16 September 2017. But John found out yesterday that for some reason Fulvio still had not opened the UPS package 3 weeks after receiving it; leaving the claim unfiled as of yet.
Therefore John is formally requesting a extension to give Fulvio more time to review this claim and file it correctly.
