Just prior to the luncheon, it was reported to Q, that Judge Towery had denied the requests of two mothers appearing before him in family court divorce and custody cases, in what appears to be Towery’s continued gender and socioeconomically biased rulings that have plagued his family court bench since he was run out of the State Bar for ethics violations..."

"After a failed run for Santa Clara County DA, Karyn Sinunu Towery and her husband James Towery began to use Santa Clara County Courts for corrupt motives as they ship millions taken from divorce cases off shore to Costa Rica.
Witnesses claim that Karyn was so upset about her political loss, that she spent the next 10 years seeking revenge, which her husband James Towery assisted with as he worked for California's State Bar, and more recently as a Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge.
James Towery, is reportedly trying to scrub his image with younger photos and fancy reputation services in an effort to clean up his image as more than 10 complaints have been lodged against him with the Commission on Judicial Performance. Insiders report Towery is also on the verge of being exposed as a sexual predator where female lawyers, court staff and litigants are concerned. The Towery duo have used corrupt lawyers at the State Bar, where Jim Towery was employed. to get Silicon Valley lawyers out of criminal charges, while using the legal system to harm those who seek to expose his and his wife's criminal conduct.
Criminalizing dissent comes easy to Jim and Karyn Towery, Karyn Towery is even known to have lied to the Grand Jury, and has worked to protect the 49er organization in the move from San Francisco to Santa Clara, a move that made Towery very wealthy.
The San Jose Rotary Club has also been implicated in assisting Towery engage in Antitrust activity, where Jim Towery has provided court appointments and fees to lawyers he favors, lawyers willing to launder money in divorce cases while assuring a kickback through Karyn Towery. Jeff Rosen and Karyn Towery have reportedly threatened others in the DA's office from running against Rosen in the 2018 election, Rosen and Towery know where the bodies are buried, and where the money is hidden.
Jim Towery is rumored to have flown to Costa Rica in 2009 to set up off shore accounts that are funded with the help of local lawyers Towery protected while at the Bar including: Walter Hammon. Hector Moreno, Heather Allan, Lisa Herrick, Lynne Yates, Julie Cater, Emede, Schlepphorst, Danelle Morgan. James McManis, Bradford Baugh, Elise Mitchell and Valerie Houghton. Rosen, who was VERY close with Karyn Sinunu. Towery was reportedly let out of criminal and Bar discipline charges by James Towery while Towery acted as Chief Trial Counsel at the State Bar. Towery has threatened to use his influence at the Bar to have any lawyer running against Rosen disbarred..."
