John knows it is a bit of a stretch to try and get law enforcement and/or government to care about his cats when it appears they do not even seem to care about John's life (even though Hurricane Katrina proved most people care more about their pets than their government) but here goes anyway...

1) On December 3rd, 2011; John's beloved cat Precious (Busters' sister cat) was found dead on the street in front of his house. The last time John saw Precious was at about 5:30 am on that very same morning; when John said: "I love you, Precious" then went to sleep. After waking up at about 10:30 am the very same day; Johns' neighbors found Precious dead in the street; and came over to tell John what happened. While the death of Precious appeared to be an accident; John suspects that it was made to look like an accident when it very likely was not.

If you click on this link: > http://likroper.com/dog1.jpg > you will see a dead dog who was apparently killed the same barbaric way as Precious during the recent Romanian dog slaughter (warning: contains graphic imagery). Do you notice blood around the dogs' body? There was absolutely NO blood at the scene of the crime where Precious was found dead; only clear fluid from her head after being smashed in the street. (no photos were taken; but several witnesses saw her body). The evidence was suspicious and suggested foul play was somehow involved. 

About one month later after the death of Precious;
John found this email from Jake Paolinetti in his email inbox:

Thank you, Jake..." 

Note: Jake Paolietti has been on the run ever since; hiding out in Northern California; likely urged by his crooked cop Father Don Paolinetti. Jake Paolinetti and friends were carefully protected for several years by the Santa Clara and/or Sunnyvale Police Departments; and then again lately by the Santa Clara County District Attorneys' office. But now it seems the Paolinetti family has fled the scene of the crime by moving out of the area in shame. Was this sudden move somehow an admission of guilt? We find these truths to be self evident.

2) EV#16-056-138: On December 25, 2015 Johns' beloved cat Missy was found laying on sidewalk on the side yard of Johns' house unable to move her back legs. After rushing Missy to a 24 hour emergency veterinarian; it was determined that Missy's back was broken and they recommended immediately putting her to sleep; which they did after administering pain medication. After returning home and reviewing surveillance footage; a person of interest was found on the footage. Missy was a healthy 16 year old cat who did not deserve to die like this; and the person who did this to Missy must be apprehended ASAP. It was Johns' Fathers' 90th birthday on the 23rd of December; and Missy was his favorite cat. John, his Father and Missy's son Boo Cat are all devastated by the loss of Missy Cat.

NOTE: Missy had no bites marks on her body or obvious signs of trauma other than a clean break of her spine; likely done when the Person of Interest disappeared out of camera range before fleeing the scene. (Perhaps a form of psychopathic/violent payback for the Amended Complaint John filed a few months earlier?)

UPDATE / 30 Mar 2016 / EV#16-056-138 > Roughly 2 months after Missy was put to sleep; NRO Officers Fuji and Gantt finally came to Johns' residence to respond; after John had tried unsuccessfully numerous times to get an incident number from Officer Fuji via email (something John has done before > http://addendumblog1.blogspot.com/2013/12/incident-on-15-december-2013.html). Adding insult to injury; the first thing Officer Fuji addressed was cat food dishes on the ground with water in them to keep ants out (part of the reason John wanted the incident number online; because Sunnyvale DPS has a way of always turning on John when their help is most needed). Luckily; Officer Gantt agreed with John and said it was a good idea to do so. A beloved animal was dead; but Officer Fuji wanted to instead talk about cat dishes.

John then went to the side yard where the incident occurred to explain the details of the incident; but Officer Fuji once again attempted to make excuses for the perpetrator of the crime by suggesting it was an accident; even though the person who committed the crime can be clearly seen on surveillance video. And the Veterinarian who helped Missy never saw the surveillance video either; suggested it was an accident as well. The video reveals it was clearly NOT an accident; as Missy never entered the street -- nor did she ever at this point in her life. Missy was 16 years old and stayed on her own property; rarely crossing the street as she regularly did when she was younger. (Note: John saw a similar looking person of interest with a similar looking dog a few months back and followed this person of interest down Bluebird Avenue. John turned away for a moment and this person of interest suddenly disappeared; RIGHT NEXT TO THE PAOLINETTIS' OLD HOUSE!?! John emailed this information to Officers Fuji and Gantt; but got no response...John is still waiting for a response from Officers Fuji and Gantt...)

3) Buster was obviously in good health 13 August 2016 when the photo seen below was taken; not showing any signs of declining health from supposed kidney disease. Three days after the "INCIDENT ON 7 SEP 2016 / ALLEGED STRONG ARMED ROBBERY ON THUNDERBIRD AVENUE" occurred; Buster suddenly went missing 10 September 2016 and did not seem well after John finally found him. Buster passed away 1 October 2016. Was Buster poisoned? Who knew what and when?

John mentioned the possibility of poisoning to the Veterinarian; but she was dismissive of the idea (the Veterinarian was unaware that 2 of Johns' cats had already been very likely purposefully killed in the last few years; She was a young woman who talked down to John and his Father in a very condescending way). John even halfway suspects someone in the evil Olenak family may have poisoned Buster; as Danny Olenak once bragged about torturing cats to John when they were much younger. Regardless; no toxicology tests were performed by the VCA animal hospital; VCA just wanted to either euthanize Buster or send him off to an expensive and/or financially prohibitive emergency hospital. Note: John is not sure whether he will be returning to VCA hospitals after the insulting alleged "social worker" bullshit that occurred that day at the Veterinarians' office. That alleged 'social worker' needs to be SUED FOR SLANDEROUS; FRAUDULENT CLAIMS along with everyone else who has maliciously crossed John.

The first time John called the Sunnyvale D.P.S. after being attacked in the street was back in December 1998. Three Sunnyvale D.P.S. Officers responded; and Mister Struble corroborated the story when he was called at work by Officer Discher. A few days later; John was given a temporary restraining order from Officer Beninger; who never spoke to Officer Discher about the event.

When Officer Beninger was asked whether or not he spoke to Officer Discher after the court hearing; Beninger responded with "Who's Discher?' The female judge in charge of the case was suspicious of Officer Beninger; suggesting that this was instead a "neighborhood matter".

At some point in time the Cities of Sunnyvale and Santa Clara need to finally admit fault and come clean once and for all. Police departments all over the country are under intense scrutiny for things like defending bad behavior by their fellow officers; unequal application of the law; destroying the lives of whistle blowers; the rejection of monitoring and/or the inability to take criticism and/or take responsibility for mistakes etc. At this point in time law enforcement is actually protected more than people they were sworn to protect and serve by "putting the cart before the horse".
