Affording necessary dignity to suspected criminals by responding police officers has been made a priority as of late; as taunting suspects with insults can have a tendency to escalate matters...Therefore a calm demeanor and kind words tend to provide the most effective police interdiction method...Calm suspects tend to not only be more cooperative; but as aforementioned they also have less chance of being taunted into violence...
For instance; the haggard and overworked looking female "commanding officer" on the scene used abusive words towards John without hearing John's side of the story; using the word "loser" to describe John right after the other two responding officers were preaching about taking the high road (For instance; John was told by sound man Tom Giatron -- who has done sound for Seal and countless other artists touring the world -- that John is one of the best staccato drummers on the face of the planet -- and that was over 30 years ago -- not to mention John's bass playing which is now heading for outer space along with John's husky blues-infused voice technique etc)...
(BTW: John has dealt with several inordinately hostile female first responders in the past few years; reminding John of the hostility he experienced from SCPD (once federal X Officer) Gabrielle Seagrave back in the early 2000s...Most male first responders are getting increasingly respectful; while females are not...Many female first responders (not all -- as logic prohibits generalization) are trying to act the way male police officers etc used to act before their latest evolution in the right direction...1) After John called 911 about his father's stroke; one of the female first responders was extremely hostile; 2) The night when John's father was too drunk; one of the female first responders was similarly man-like in her behavior; while the males were much friendlier; 3) Officer Loser (and/or "OL") is another 'good' example of out of control class and/or gender-biased behavior not only on the part of female first responders; but also commanding officers on the scene in general...John introduced OL to the concept of projection; whereas people have a natural tendency to project themselves on others; making her "loser" comments more of a candid look at OL's axiomatically troubled soul (while the other officer female DPS officer on the scene was relatively nicer than OL; OL was a little too angry and/or mentally ill like all the other commanding officers John has dealt with; 4) An Asian female first responder who recently used excessive force (date and time have yet to be discovered) along with another male officer regarding an alleged 911 call 'disturbance' (Kris Davy using police once again to harass John; something DPS Officer Bishop agrees with) which led to John turning off his kitchen faucet when it was on full when officers arrived...The problem is; using excessive force while John was following CA Governor Gavin Newsom's strict orders to save water is in contradiction with this noble water-saving goal; 4b) This same overly hostile female Asian officer who has a little too angry about a supposed 'disturbance' and safety cones does not realize a City of Santa Clara traffic engineer that John worked with told John he could help out with the local traffic calming many years ago...These responding officers also told John that the street west of the crosswalk where the safety cones where utilized was Sunnyvale jurisdiction; while the safety cones in question were either in the crosswalk or east of the crosswalk; effectively making it within Santa Clara jurisdiction whether DPS wants to be hostile and retaliatory or not -- likely in response to John's recent messages left on the DPS Internal Affairs hotline...BTW John's cell number has since been blocked by DPS Internal Affairs; 5) There is no number 5 at this point; but if John thinks of one there will be...
The various claims made by John to GHC/CWC over the years brought to attention not only Kris Davy's abuse (showing prior knowledge) but it also gave ample reason for DuPS to back off and allow John to calm the traffic in his neighborhood...But DPS keeps going down the same old safety-coneless road even though safety cones obviously increase public safety which is a core mission of law enforcement...Luckily; DPS Officer Meuting promised to have a State-law crosswalk installed (a crosswalk sign that has still not been installed)...

Another pattern of bad police behavior is while separating people involved in random incidents; the commanding officers have on several occasions only heard the story of John's accusers as opposed to hearing John's arguments (about the RPF etc) causing the commanding officers on the scene to be inordinately hostile towards John -- perhaps partially due to their separate individual biases by repeatedly refusing to gather relevant evidence to give a more well-rounded view of these individual incidents; therefore placing John at further risk...
Lieutenant Simpson; OL and/or the "N" officer of the 18 June 2021 Kris Davy looting incident etc etc etc...The exact same unbalanced thing occurred every time...For instance; the angry DPS commanding officer on the scene 18 June 2021 did not know that John had called the Sunnyvale DPS non-emergency line the night before after Kris Davy had threatened to clear out the entire house with a junk removal service...DPS told John they could not "make an appointment" by being there at 9 am to oversee the theft of John's property; while John was later awakened by DPS officers (Officer Bishop and one other male officer) But! John was deathly ill at the time not knowing what exactly was wrong with him...And all DPS did was extend that suffering for a a few more months by failing to put 2 and 2 together and restrain and/or arrest Kris Davy...The incident was supposed to be about alleged "Spring cleanup" items; when the majority of John's property is NOT spring cleanup oriented...Adding to this; a few days after this John's father admitted that "American Pickers" was one of his favorite shows...

Interestingly enough; while the 18 June 2022 incident commanding officer was inside hearing Kris Davy's mischaracterizations and lies; John was discussing sleep deprivation with Officer Bishop -- often experienced by cops who have too many adrenaline/cortisol rushes while on duty...This occurred right before the 18 Jun 2021 commanding officer came outside all riled up and angry...John was encouraging Officer Bishop to remain calm during police encounters not only to get better sleep; but also to remain calm and de-escalate situations as opposed to escalating them...
BE NICE! -- Being honest and/or using as much candor as possible not wanting to be redundant and/or repeat himself; John thinks police officers who wonder why bad people want to do bad things to them should stop treating people like less than dog shit and start having some respect since all suspects are innocent until proven guilty an/or most conflicts (whether international or street gang-related) generally tend to arise out of lack of respect...For instance; if Caregiver Sandy had been more respectful of John's needs; none of this would be occurring...All the one-sided AAPI race and/or hate-card playing propaganda in the world will never address this issue...

John also saved his father's life a few days after his brother's death when a bus almost killed him (back when bus drivers were generally not held accountable for pedestrian deaths in this region) and when his father had a stroke a few years back; John called 911 and saved his father's life...As well as a few months ago when his father drank too much wine one night saying he felt "lost"...John called 911 and his father was rushed to the hospital; and got so embarrassed about the incident that he quit drinking alcohol altogether -- along with John who quit drinking many months before this...John saved his fathers' life once again in Santa Cruz on the pathway leading back from the lighthouse right by Aldo's where two rogue youths were on course to push John's father down onto cement blocks along the artificial estuary constructed by the Army Corps of Engineers...John moved in the way of their paths and saved his father from being pushed 15 feet down onto jagged cement blocks...
Note: John's father also saved John's life countless times as well...
John took care of his father for about 4 years or so since his father's stroke; telling his sister that there will come a day when he cannot keep up with his father's increasing health demands...And sure enough that day came last year when John fell ill and stayed sick for about a year to the day strangely enough...
John took care of his father at John's worst point of bad health; but finally called on his sister Kris for help...
Which caused his sister Kris to return home and throw cat poop all over the place as a way to help out...Along with creating her usual argumentative chaos and confusion and gas lighting; increasing situational stress John and his father were both eventually ordered to avoid by their doctors...
John's father is abusive emotionally and physically and always has been -- this video exposes his father's egregious verbal abuse John has experienced his entire life...And the caustic demeanor exposed by this video was like a daily occurrence as John's father had mental breakdowns on a daily basis; causing situational stress that disallowed John from recovering from his illness...Adding to this; this video also exposes an unwillingness to feed John's pets during a time when John was unemployed due to Gavin Newsom's pandemic...
John was like an indentured servant for his father; receiving no compensation which was fine for the first few years; but not ok once Gavin Newsom and/or the State of California finally destroyed John's profession of 30+ years...John's father allowed John to use his credit card once John's job was lost during the pandemic; essentially paying John for all the work John did as his father's default caregiver...John was at home most days 24/7 to make sure his father was doing ok (which ANGERED Kris Davy during the pandemic since Kris decided to leave the residence many years ago -- after she divided her own family with divorce ~ she now wants to divide the rest of the family)...
But now his father's Caregiver Sandy has not only taken over these responsibilities; but she has attempted to undermine John's entire life retaliating against John for threatening to expose her discriminatory behavior towards John along other things...
While milking John's father for about $600 per week while John was lucky to get $20 per week from his father while taking care of him...Up until recently John's father allowed John to purchase a limited amount of goods on his father's credit card at the supermarket to compensate John for his work...
The DPS incident on 3 Feb 2022 regarded this same credit card that John's father had promised John could use to buy needed pharmaceuticals and other items...The previous Friday Kris shut off the usage of the credit card prohibiting John from purchasing the aforementioned items; and by Monday John's father's short term memory loss caused him to forget he promised John could use the card the next Monday since the bank was closed on weekends...John's father banged on John's bedroom door and woke him up asking where his credit card was thinking he lost it...Causing John to become agitated and toss the credit card in his father's lap; which was likely seen as an "aggressive" act by the caregiver who was there for a half a day only...This same caregiver was ordered by Kris to throw away countless items of unexpired food that John later found in the garage can outside...This caregiver was essentially stealing and/or throwing away John's food; then attempting to criminalize John for his legally allowed behavior...A speech abridging pattern of behavior of the various caregivers hired on a temporary basis...Thank God Kris has recently decided to not return to John's residence; likely due to her vicious attack of John back in April 2022...John is beyond sick of stranger caregivers lurking in his house stealing food and invading his privacy and attempting to criminalize him for merely speaking...So if Caregiver Sandy does not like John's boisterous way of communicating the way so many Americans do; that's just too bad now isn't it?

John called the Sunnyvale DPS (and/or "DPS") non-emergency line a few years ago about his sister Kris; and the officer on the other end of the line said "some people start out bad and end up good" while "some people start out good and end up bad"...
Whereas John started out as a bit of a juvenile delinquent during his teen years; but straightened out later and became a responsible citizen...While his sister Kris started out good and ended up bad...The total opposite of John who learned how bad stealing was when he was 17 years old and stole $5 worth of gas from Fill-em Fast and sat in a holding cell for a few hours with time to think...Kris Davy needs to sit in a holding cell and think about stealing too...

While John was corrected; Kris Davy was not and is therefore desperately in need of a good lesson...Allowing Kris to steal from John has made DPS look like a bunch of total HYPOCRITES when stealing $5 worth of gas was considered to be bad (one of the biggest lessons John ever learned) and what essentially amounts to grand larceny committed by Kris Davy over many years is considered to be "ok"...One time around the time when Kris Davy met John Davy; John and his brother couldn't believe how badly John Davy was treating their sister when eating dinner at a local Chinese restaurant...And this abuse is what likely caused Kris Davy to go bad and leave her old good self behind...Kris essentially married a total ASSHOLE and later became an asshole herself...Pretty simple...
AND KRIS IS STILL AN ASSHOLE TO THIS DAY...
DPS needs to help John by filing charges against Kris for attacking John since John's father uninterested in the fact that Kris attacked John in April...John's father watches Blue Bloods all the time and actually thinks whatever cops do must be the right thing...So if John files charges against his sister Kris; his father will question those actions; but if the Blue Bloods at DPS do the same thing John's father will inevitably think the right thing was done...Therefore I am formerly asking DPS to stop discriminating against my client John; and finally afford John the basic dignity of equal protection under law since DPS seems more worried about John's legal usage of his unalienable rights that came after 14 years of argument until final ratification (The First Amendment) whereas the conclusion was reached that we all could legally continue arguing...
Furthermore; the supposed "high road" was only taken after these responding DPS officers took a denigrating "low road" regarding insulting John's profession of 30+ years in distribution (where John made up to $100 per hour and usually no less than $50 per hour and did not go around denigrating people or shooting or tackling them like cops do all the time -- oops was that their "low road"?) which is the exact same thing Doctor Wand at Stanford Health in Campbell insinuated back in December -- as the Silicon Valley is full of class-warfare snobs who don't realize they can't take their money with them and/or that those who spend their lives in avoidance of financial slavery are not all that bad...Doctor Wand became nicer over time; but her initial attitude was arrogant and dismissive of Johns's dignity and hard work...
Doctor Wand also failed to designate John as an urgent status patient; causing needless suffering as John was told to continue using a "dangerous" pharmaceutical (as a pharmacist told him) called triamcinolone...And an urgent care doctor at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View also prescribed too little Prednisone which could have caused organ failure...It took the Stanford Nurse Practitioner John initially instinctively chose (but never got until after several visits) on the Stanford website to finally designate John as being urgent status...
DPS calling John a "loser" was an obvious attempt to "stir the pot" so to speak so DPS could bring about a rash response from John and take him out of the fray much easier...But as soon as John said in response: "low income white males are the most discriminated against in this particular region" all three cops turned their tails and quickly returned to their squad cars...
The tall male officer who responded was also dismissive of Johns' claims that during the pandemic doctors had no time for anything else but Covid-19; and that was why John did not seek medical attention during this time; along with the fact that John did not have health care coverage as he does now...Adding to this Officer Loser went out on John's front lawn looking down at the lawn as if the presence of ducks was some kind of problem...Once again for the millionth time; JOHN WORKED WITH BOTH CITIES TO INSTALL DUCK XING AND ALL OTHER SIGNAGE AND GOT PERMISSION TO FEED DUCKS AT A SANTA CLARA CITY COUNCIL MEETING!?!
(John visited El Camino Hospital Urgent Care twice last year -- once in Mountain View and the other in Los Gatos) telling both interviewers that John's sister Kris Davy had been attacking John and stealing his property -- but no action was ever taken to prove or disprove these claims and/or stop the abuse...And Johns' fathers' caregiver Sandy was told about the attack by Kris in the weeks prior to 2 May 2022 but showed zero interest in reporting it...Sandy is legally required to report abuse whether John is a senior or not...There are many laws on the books aimed at protecting all people equally)

A discovery process needs to be conducted regarding the text message communications between Kris and Sandy to see if there was any collusion involved between them...And John's many years of text messages telling his sister Kris to leave him alone and get out of his life need to be addressed as well...
During the past year at least two DPS officers made 'jokes' suggesting John "stay in his room" to avoid his evil sister Kris...But joking or not; it was an illegal order violating John's civil liberties and/or civil rights ~ as well as the EXACT OPPOSITE of what John's doctor ordered (in other words; stay as active as possible) Therefore; Sunnyvale DPS unlawfully ordered John to do what ended up being detrimental to John's health; delaying John's recovery by many months as John laid in bed suffering and feeling like he was slowly dying...While his sister Kris was allowed to run amok and essentially torture John wishing for John's early death and hoping his medicine did not work...Like some kind of evil prison guard or nurse with limited empathy like Caregiver Sandy...
Caregiver Sandy admitted to John that her father passed away and she wanted John's father to replace him...At this point John made new keys to the front door and actually suggested that Sandy be given access to the residence...This was right before Sandy turned on John and stabbed John in the back; treating John with disrespect for complaining about food allergies Sandy caused...John generally avoided talking to his father when Sandy was there; waiting until she left for the night not wanting his privacy violated...
But one day recently during the afternoon John spoke to his father in front of Sandy; causing Sandy to abruptly ask John's father to leave the residence and go somewhere in his father's vehicle...Sandy was acting obviously jealous and possessive towards John's father which is kind of creepy...Therefore; Sandy has an ulterior motive for turning on John as she desperately tries to steal away John's vulnerable father...Both Sandy and Kris Davy are taking advantage of John and his father's vulnerable states...
With many not realizing that this kind of repressive and discriminatory behavior towards men often causes overcompensation elsewhere (Just like how female first responders perceive themselves as being oppressed; leading to them acting the way men should not even act) and the DPS officers on the scene treated John with disrespect as well even though they knew John's cat was dying...And DPS has made several trips (5-6?) to John's residence regarding same kind of loud talk that Lockheed Martin is largely responsible for causing...In other words; it's not John's fault that his father cannot hear him; so perhaps a class action lawsuit against Lockheed Martin is necessary at this juncture...
And this proves a pattern and practice of similar discriminatory behavior occurring as far back as six years ago...Sunnyvale DPS has NEVER afforded equal treatment to John as they do so many others...It is a limited form of empathy that essentially amounts to psychopathy...And it is now and UNDENIABLE pattern and practice of behavior...

Furthermore; 1) John not only purposefully left his hair disheveled on that day 2 May 2022 to purposefully and/or hopefully bring out such an abusive response (like a CIA agent) to show a pattern of abuse (while John clutched his pile of legal notes regarding the City of Sunnyvale) 2) But John also wanted to show a candid snapshot of what he has looked like while nearly dying over the past year from among many other things; 3) Situational stress caused by various societal factors including unexplainable police protection of John's extremely abusive sister Kris Davy as DPS oversaw the looting of John's property last summer...4) Failing to realize that Kris Davy turning off of the surveillance system at Johns' residence while looting his property is a form of obstruction of justice and/or destroying evidence etc...5) And/or John 'losing' his job of 30+ years that the State of California is undeniably liable for destroying -- along with countless other individual lives and/or long-time businesses -- while conveniently calling themselves "essential employees as government workers ~ while CA Governor Gavin Newsom's winery remained open for business)...
This was a medical emergency 911 call plain and simple; but this is nothing new as John has clearly been the ignored victim several times over...Police protocol seems to be all about ignoring exculpatory etc evidence that may change the course of the case along with ignoring and/or hiding important cases like Bagley vs Sunnyvale which puts DPS at risk for more class/race/gender-based lawsuits...John told his fathers' semi-psychopathic caregiver Sandy to stop giving him food that makes his allergies worsen; causing that caregiver to retaliate by ignoring John -- claiming John spoke too loudly when addressing the problem...It seems this caregiver has a big ego instead of a big heart; as this complaint by John led to her completely ignoring John...

DPS must show equal attention and zeal towards abusers of John ~ as DPS does for others like Sandy the caregiver or pretty much any other female used stir the pot with emotional demagoguery to prove they are not biased and/or discriminatory...As the "woman in peril" theme is one of the most commonly recurring themes in the history of inhumanity (King Kong; Olenak; Rebholtz; Struble; Foley; Ward; Paolinetti; Kris Davy etc etc)...
And the various related incidents mentioned above (Rebholtz; Struble; Foley; Ward; Paolinetti; Kris Davy etc) are more proof that DPS and/or local police in general have no interest in conducting thorough investigations; putting victims like me at further risk due to this axiomatic gross negligence...This has been a clear pattern and practice of behavior over time; as almost every time John has ever dealt with local police they seem more interested in grilling John for non-issues than other individuals who have actually violently attacked John...
But any action to do so would have been portrayed by Kris Davy as being "illegal" and/or "violent...Much like the bulk of Kris Davy's calls to DPS over the past year which were based in nothing more than John loudly complaining to Johns' father about her abuse and/or a diversion from her illegal acts...
Kris Davy witnessed looting by African-American females in Seattle during the BLM riots and was EXTREMELY angered by it; including by having her own purse stolen by one of the female looters as well as being attacked by one of them...Causing Kris Davy to return to Sunnyvale spouting the "N word" over and over while yelling in the living room...
Question: If Kris Davy was so angry about BLM looting in Seattle; why did she partake in the looting of Johns' property last summer? And if she so hates "N" people; why did Kris kiss the ass of the DPS Commanding "N" Officer on the scene? DPS is liable for allowing this abuse to occur and continue...
And this caregiver Sandy was aware of Kris Davy's alleged attack on John in April 2022; but took no action to bring it to the attention of authorities...John called Sunnyvale Police non-emergency line where Kris Davy can be heard for all intents and purposes lying to what she thought was a police officer by blaming John for a black eye she got the day before by tripping over a cement block according to John's father...As Kris Davy is a compulsive liar who will stop at nothing in her multi-year attempt to destroy John's once good life...And believe it or not; Kris made a video of her attack; a video that will hopefully be garnered at a future time...
For instance; Kris has repeatedly turned off the surveillance unit at Johns' residence (Kris has a different address therefore does not live there) surveillance that is available still available for local law enforcement even though DPS are still being total fucking arrogant asshole jerks to John...Because John is cool that way...So if cops and/or "pigs" are wondering why people call them names like "pigs" they need to straighten up or face the same kind of name calling and/or bad treatment that they dole out to so many innocent victims...
John claims he saw none of the other caregivers (about 10 over time) ever physically touching his father in the way Sandy does...Why would alarm bells only go off if Sandy was a male?

And since it was clearly a medical emergency of sorts for John after John's job was destroyed by the State of CA and/or since John was ill for a year prior to this incident (see attachments) Kris purposefully bought the wrong meals for John but Sandy purchased them the week before; causing John to talk to Sandy about it instead of Kris...All John knows is what happened last week and that is what he had to go on...Not eating the food your doctor recommended for an entire week is pretty serious whether you give a crap about John or not...And being allowed by DPS to be tortured by your own family is beyond reprehensible...By the way; Kris recently contracted Covid-19 and tried to immediately fly home which could have possibly infected her 96 year old father and/or John; but luckily Kris was prohibited from flying...
