THE FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION = FREEDOM OF SPEECH

On 20 September 2016 John noticed a Birdland Free Press (BFP) flyer that he had posted on a street light pole was gone again. The Birdland Free Press is a publication that was created to find the person who caused "Missy Cat" to be put to sleep after her back was broken on Christmas Day 2015. The flyers had been mysteriously disappearing for a few days; and John noticed on 19 September 2016 that Mister Olenak (and sometimes his wife and daughter) were repeatedly obstructing justice and/or obstructing the investigation into Missy Cats' death by taking the flyers down. (Note: John does not mind if people take the flyers down if they like the Birdland Free Press). Mister Olenak had previously admitted to attacking John at a "mob style" (if you will) sit down trial/administrative hearing with Judge Louis Amadeo Junior; and for some reason Mister Olenak not arrested on the spot for this admission of guilt; and the rest of his family was not charged with conspiracy either as they obviously should have been -- so John proceeded to write about it in his Addendum Blog like every good American should; perhaps angering the Olenak family.

To make a long story short; roughly $230.00 was essentially extorted from John at this administrative hearing for being attacked by Mister Olenak; (!?!) under the false guise of supposed "illegal duck feeding" which ex-Mayor Judy Nadler had approved for John at a City Council meeting after the City of Santa Clara illegally destroyed a thriving wildlife habitat at 1333 Lawrence Expressway.

Adding to this; at this same sham administrative hearing; Santa Clara Police Officers Pablo Lopez and Gabrielle Seagrave brought billy clubs in a lame and ultimately unsuccessful attempt to coerce and/or intimidate John; as a further violation of Johns' civil rights. John had worked for several weeks on his multi-page response (go to: likroper.com/SC-HEARING3.doc) and severely blindsided Officers Seagrave and Lopez; who were completely unprepared for Johns' response. Some freaky City of Santa Clara employee followed John home from the hearing; then ultimately left John alone -- as one of their main witnesses Mister Olenak (other than Tom Foley; who had attacked and stalked John as well) went south on them. And now consequently several years later the Olenaks still feel emboldened by this crooked cop shit that happened almost a decade ago.

Adding insult to injury; Johns' cat Buster has been acting out of sorts lately -- leading John to believe that Buster is sick. So John and his father took Buster to the local VCA hospital to have him checked out. Busters' condition had been rapidly declining over the last week; and Johns' father was not convinced that Buster was sick until 20 September 2016. Buster was in critical condition at this point and needed emergency care; which he eventually got on that same day. The Veterinarian recommended largely unaffordable multi-day emergency overnight care for Buster; or euthanasia -- which was an unacceptable choice to John as Buster had been very healthy just a week before this. Blood testing showed that Buster had problems with his Kidneys; but it did not specify what caused the problems. John suspects that Buster could have possibly been poisoned; but no toxicology tests were performed.

But VCA Veterinarians did not know about this product; leaving John to heatedly explain to his Dad the benefits of the Kidney Support Gold formula. (At this point in time; Buster was either going to be put to sleep; or live. Therefore; Buster was going to live for at least a while longer. Note: Buster may have survived if he received Kidney Support Gold sooner as Blood Sugar Gold is drastically improving the condition of another one of Johns' diabetic cats). But this loud conversation (Johns' Father is very hard of hearing) was overheard by some nosey lady in another room; a lady who claimed to be a social worker while speaking to John out in the parking lot afterwards. (see photo below) This same lady then falsely accused John of injuring his fathers' right hand (!?!) as Johns' Father had previously broke his arm taking a suitcase out of his car a few weeks before this; causing an infection from a badly formed Kaiser Permanente cast that cut into his hand. A social worker named Marlene was assigned by Kaiser to "cover their asses" and make sure the infection did not continue to fester and cause death and/or loss of a limb; and Johns' Father had just received an unexpected bill for $1000 dollars (!?!) to pay for this home treatment that would have been unnecessary if the cast had just been done right to begin with. (So yeh; enough of this Obamacare social worker crapola already).

It's bad enough that an old man on a fixed income has to pay for Kaisers' messy mistakes; but it gets much worse when those social workers start becoming behavior monitors and/or unconstitutional free speech censors and/or stalkers down at the Veterinarian's office. To make a long story short; the Sunnyvale DPS responded to her bullshit complaint; and John returned from the VCA office with Buster to find two Sunnyvale DPS Officers who were under the false impression that John somehow had something to do with his Fathers' hand injury. The Officers then left the scene leaving the same obvious question in Johns' mind: Why have the local police repeatedly refused to help John while helping others?

And why did Officer Mathers ask John about his finances when John has literally taken the last 5 years to explain in this Addendum Blog about the multifarious criminal malfeasance he has experienced (police-sponsored conspiratorial stalking; harassment; violent attacks; pets maimed and/or killed; property vandalized etc etc etc) and the resultant draining effect upon his finances?

Note: Sunnyvale DPS responded to this crazy social workers' complaint once more and actually helped John on 1 OCT 2016 when they "squashed it" after speaking to John and/or Johns' Father once again. These responding Officers were very kind and professional; and the Officer who did most of the talking was exceptional -- the kind of person who should end up as Police Chief. But the fact remains that Sunnyvale DPS never took equal actions to question Johns' various attackers and stalkers etc over the last decade or so; so why are they questioning John now? And why did they choose to question John the same day John found out his cat Buster may be dying; then again on the same day Buster died -- adding insult to injury? Was this some sort of vile abuse of NSA surveillance; or was it just a case of bad timing?

John purposefully left the door to the Veterinarian appointment room open to make a little speech for the VCA folks and their patrons as he so loves to do. But since people are getting used to staring into their cell phones and/or interacting less in public; John probably seemed like some kind of freak to these people. (That's ok; they will get over it. John was simply acting like the Monolith in 2001: A Space Odyssey; beckoning inhumanity to move forward and evolve) The loud conversation overheard by this alleged social worker was John talking about how Danny Olenak once came over to his neighbors' house with a shotgun and asked if he wanted to rob Victoria Station with Danny (Victoria Station was an old steak house where the railroad cars are at Homestead Road and Wolfe Road). Johns' neighbor declined but Danny allegedly went ahead with his evil plans anyway. This happened about 35 years ago. Danny ended up serving time in an out of state prison for going on a cocaine-fueled interstate liquor store robbing spree. John was saying how he suspects Danny may perhaps be responsible for other cold-case crimes as well. Danny once bragged to John about torturing and killing cats when they were much younger. Another topic of Johns' speech dealt with Pet Wellbeing Kidney Support Gold. Perhaps thousands of years of patriarchy and/or unnecessary male oppression have led at least some women to equate their newfound empowerment with the silencing of men; creating even more problems in the process. But when the First Amendment was drafted and ratified women were not even allowed to vote; but now everyone can vote and free speech is still legal -- and no one is above the law.

One very important aspect of this case is the fact that John's 80+ year old father lives at the same residence where nearly a decade of stalking and harassment occurred; and this fact makes the case take on a new dimension of Elder Abuse. While the night time attacks were not necessarily all directed at John's elder father; Johns' elder father was nonetheless directly affected by these various disruptions; causing IMMENSE emotional distress for both John and his elder father, AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Note: Johns' father was admitted into Kaiser Hospital after the suspicious death of Precious Cat (click here). In retrospect; this all boils down to a First Amendment/freedom of speech issue; as John not only has crazy/violent neighbors attempting to squelch his rights and/or free speech; but now also some self-righteous social worker who thinks she is here to monitor and/or regulate PRIVATE conversations (conversations between doctors and patients are supposed to be PRIVATE). But this kind of insidious censorship is now taking over Silicon Valley and therefore the world; as computer companies who used to be involved in making semiconductor chips are now involved in the messy business of thought control and/or censorship. -- turning average people into a sort of thought police working for government to censor and control free thought.

INCIDENT ON 7 SEP 2016 / ALLEGED STRONG ARMED ROBBERY ON THUNDERBIRD AVENUE

JOHN REPORTED SUSPICIOUS PERSONS AND/OR
ACTIVITIES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD FOR MANY
YEARS WITH NO HELP FROM THE LOCAL POLICE

On September 7th, 2016 a Sunnyvale DPS Officer appeared at Johns' front door following up on a complaint about an alleged strong armed robbery that occurred on Thunderbird Avenue in Sunnyvale at around 6:30 PM that evening. The Officer asked John if he could access his surveillance footage for clues; to which John agreed. John initially accidentally pulled up footage from the wrong day; then returned with the correct footage on a thumb drive storage unit. The Officers were very friendly and professional; thanking John for his efforts -- then eventually left the scene. But this brings up an obvious question: Why didn't Officers Smith and Ochoa pull up surveillance footage from the Oasis Nightclub back in 2012 when KJ Doug attacked John? Why are all people not being treated equally by Sunnyvale DPS etc?

Adding to this; John called the Sunnyvale DPS non-emergency line the week of the 2012 attack and was promised by a female phone attendant that responding Officers would pull up footage of the attack at the Oasis Nightclub the next week if John was kept from singing. Furthermore; the subject matter seen below regarding the Santa Clara Police Department leaves John wondering whether Johns' dissent and/or activism over the past decade or so has caused any non-accidental police malfeasance and/or negligence. This bad example very likely shows dissent retaliation could be a common practice among various police departments.

"Colin Kaepernick's decision to speak out against racial injustice and police brutality, as well as direct critical words at officers across the nation, has the Santa Clara police union saying its officers might stop working San Francisco 49ers home games.

NBC Bay Area obtained a letter, penned by union members, to the San Francisco 49ers stating that if the organization does not take action against Kaepernick, "it could result in police officers choosing not to work at your facilities..."

UPDATE: 5 OCT 2016 / Within 3 days of posting this Johns' cat Buster went missing and ended up passing away on 1 October 2016. The Veterinarian dismissed Johns' suggestion that Buster had perhaps been poisoned. Buster was the picture of health until this sudden unexplainable decline.

While the NSA-fed corporate media focused on the Napa Wine train Black Book Club incident in 2015; Johns' similar situation was quite purposefully all but ignored; even though the NSA was obviously well aware of Johns' situation. This is a perfect example of NSA surveillance harassment and/or "parallel propaganda". And while members of the Black Book Club have been financially compensated; John remains in debt from years of unabated police-sponsored stalking and harassment that occurred long before this latest rights violation; essentially amounting to malicious and/or divisive; race-based; federally mandated inequality -- which is not only a clear violation of the Fourteenth Amendment (regardless of what some biased government CEO/Judge says) but just plain old "fucked up" any way you look at it.

It's the exact same fucking thing in reverse (see: reverse discrimination = racism); and anyone who cannot or refuses to see this is part of the problem (the laws of physics show that every action has an equal and opposite reaction). John was fooled by President Obamas' campaign talk about MLK and/or JFK. Note: Our society's divisive and obsessive presidential-inspired focus on the African-American race in the last 8 years has caused countless others not of the same race to be ignored; and this has (among other things) very likely caused the rise of Donald Trump.

The Fourteenth Amendment contains a number of important concepts, most famously state action, privileges & immunities, citizenship, due process, and equal protection—all of which are contained in Section One. The Fourteenth Amendment (Amendment XIV) to the United States Constitution was adopted on July 9, 1868, as one of the Reconstruction Amendments. A) The Equal Protection Clause is part of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. 1) The African-American women's book club that was kicked off of a Napa Valley Wine Train for "laughing and talking too loud" recently filed a lawsuit against the company. The incident took place 22 August 2015, and the women say they were forced to get off of the train when someone complained about the group's noise levels. The move sparked national outrage and the women ended up suing the Napa Valley Wine Train for $11 million.

2) Similarly; John was ejected from Blinkys' Can't Say Lounge on 15 August 2015 for "laughing and talking too loud" and has added The State of California to his list of Defendants for facilitating this blatant discrimination with their vague and/or largely unregulated "right to refuse service" law allowing countless individuals to have their rights violated on a daily basis. John was forced to leave Blinkys' Can't Say Lounge when someone complained about Johns' noise level while talking to bar patrons (even though John had just sung and amazing version of Blue Oyster Cults' "Godzilla" at high volume through P.A. speakers. > Note: Johns' friend Larry Davis witnessed this incident).

This move however; has sparked no national outrage and/or media coverage (likely since John is a male Caucasian) therefore John is now planning on suing not only Blinkys' Can't Say Lounge; but also Sunnyvale DPS etc for failing to take initial action when karaoke host (and/or KJ) Doug attacked John in 2012 outside the Oasis Nightclub; allowing John to be ejected and/or refusing to protect Johns' civil rights in the process. (The NSA will be added to the list of Defendants as well; first for violating Johns' privacy rights; then for standing by idly with knowledge of Johns' circumstances and doing nothing during a time of need; instead resorting to obvious; creepy and invasive NSA "parallel propaganda" "surveillance harassment").

While John had his rights equally violated not only by the State of California's vaguely written and/or interpreted "right to refuse service" law; John's civil rights were also violated by Blinkys' Can't Say Lounge and/or Bartender Heather; and/or KJ Doug Ward and/or Officers Smith and Ochoa who REFUSED to pull up corresponding footage of the 2012 Oasis Nightclub incident with Avent's Empty Band Karaoke Host Doug Ward and his boss Mister John Avent (go to: http://www.karaokeman.com/about_us.php). And finally; Oasis Nightclub owner Jerry Grimes will be added to the list of Defendants as well for allowing these egregious rights violations to continue unabated through his illegal ejection of John on 18 June 2016.

Note: A supposed "church going man"; Mr. John Avent overheard Doug attacking John while John was calling Mr. Avent complaining about not being allowed to sing by KJ Doug; yet Mr. Avent did not fire Doug Ward on the spot for attacking John and/or for the illegal 2012 ejection from the Oasis Nightclub. (Note: John was also attacked and ejected from Woodhams Lounge in San Jose -- see WOODHAMS BARTENDER RETALIATION link below).

Adding to this; John called the Sunnyvale DPS non-emergency line the week of the 2012 attack and was promised by a female phone attendant that responding Officers would pull up footage of the attack at the Oasis Nightclub the next week if John was kept from singing. NOTE: John was also attacked at Woodhams Lounge; then ejected from the club in retaliation for calling the SJPD in October of 2012. The email was apparently sent 3 days after a claim file was filed at the City of Sunnyvale. It is not known whether the bartender knew of the claim file at the time the email was sent. Similarly; after touring arenas years back playing drums for a national act; John decided to start singing too; so he went to a (now defunct) local karaoke bar called the Acapulco restaurant in Santa Clara. After a long stint singing karaoke at the Acapulco; John was suddenly being passed over to sing when his turn came up. John called the Acapulco restaurant corporate headquarters in Los Angeles to complain about the discrimination; and was not only asked to leave the establishment the very next week with his friend; but this effort was also backed up by Santa Clara police officers who responded and helped to (peacefully and/or non-violently and/or ILLEGALLY) eject John from the restaurant. One of the Santa Clara police officers made a comment directed towards John; he said something to effect of: "yeah; we know about you guys".
