Hello Bob, attached is photo of Lisa Herrick. Her involvement in scandal is very significant. She was assistant San Jose City attorney on October 3rd, 2012 when the fake eviction occurred at Markham Plaza Apartments & she was behind Robert Ridgeway's actions of "impersonating a police officer" and as assistant city attorney, she tampered with audit into SJPD Secondary Employment Unit.

As you can see from the attached PDF file, On October 18th, 2012, almost immediately following the fake eviction, Lisa Herrick was named General Counsel for the Superior Court of Santa Clara County. She is primary attorney for the court itself. She worked directly with Captain Ricardo Urena, head of court security in supervising the False Police Report by detective David Carroll leading to the false arrest on September 16th, 2014. The following week, Public Guardian Donald Moody was removed from office and escorted out by security.
Lisa Herrick supervised over the entire malicious prosecution and also tampered with the Civil Grand Jury Investigation into the Santa Clara County Public Guardian's office. Unfortunately this is necessary to publicly expose and shame her because Chris Welsh, the attorney who was supposed to represent me has left no other option. Lisa Herrick is responsible for the theft and misallocation of many millions of dollars of Federal Funding from US Department of Urban Development. County Officials and Sunnyvale Police Department also misallocated federal funding from U.S. Department of Homeland Security. (Project Roomkey)
Sunnyvale Police Chief Phan Ngo was Deputy Chief of San Jose police dept. in 2012 & supervised the Permits unit which allowed Robert Ridgeway to wear police uniform while working as security guard at Markham Plaza Apartments committing HUD Violations.
She must also give account for the colossal amount of money wasted on fake trial, prosecution & unconstitutional investigation by Sheriff dept. Please share with constituents. It is urgent because of fake hearing pending on June 14th in Palo Alto Court. The "court" has already ruled that truth is not allowed. The false narrative by Lisa Herrick & fraud and perjury are allowed in "court record". So technically; it is not really a "court" at all.
The attached banner of Lee Pullen is one of those concealed from Civil Grand jury Investigation into public guardian and omitted from detective Carroll's false police report from September of 2014. Carroll also omitted information about Criminal investigation launched by attorney CLETS advisory board about abuse of CLETS Law enforcement database by Court Security overseen by Lisa Herrick. Another Banner in same email made it clear that Bill Windsor was in charge. Lee Pullen named me responsible for Bill Windsor's project effectively claiming there had been transfer. July 11th, 2013 was also last day Lee Pullen was in office. It was Carroll's false police report that the court used to fraudulently procure jurisdiction & the court can not claim to be without BIAS. The court itself, through Lisa Herrick appears to have been behind malicious prosecution. Government Agencies that need to be notified include California State Auditor, California State Controller, Inspector General of US Department of Urban Development, Inspector General of US Department of Homeland Security.

Hello Bob, As you can see: the falsified police report does match eviction.pdf. Eviction.pdf makes clear that there were investigations underway & clearly references the Publlic Guardian. Eviction.pdf also shows correspondences with city council member Madison Nguyen. Lisa Herrick had access to those emails. The false police report by detective David Carroll was reviewed by Sheriff Captain Ricardo Urena, head of Count Security for all court locations in County. Urena worked directly with Lisa Herrick, Presiding Judge and CEO. The Fake eviction was on 10/03/2012 and on 10/18/2012, Lisa Herrick was named General Counsel for the court.
The false police report by detective David Carroll misrepresents the fraud by Robert Ridgeway and his failure to produce video that he claimed existed. The video did not exist.
Under the supervision of Lisa Herrick and Ricardo Urena, Carroll's false police report fraudulently procured jurisdiction claiming that Ridgeway's fraud was part of his duties as police officer & connected his wife: Aleksandra Ridgeway - making it appear as if Ken Ditkowski had decided there was some law enabling her to testify in court to something she never witnessed.
Detective Carroll omitted references to Public Guardian, Whistleblower complaint regarding County Counsel attorney Larry Kubo, etc. The court had no business assigning public defender in 2014 & Lisa Herrick new that this was conflict of interest.
One of the reasons is because public defender George Abel was assigned to "represent" Heid Yauman in corresponding probate court matters. It is obvious that the Sheriff dept & Public Defender were in collusion with each other because both agencies were aware of the investigations referenced in eviction.pdf, yet they dodged out of involvement with these things & both insisted that it had nothing to do with Public Guardian.
Lisa Herrick of course also knew & her double role as assistant city attorney and general counsel for the court is of huge significance that was illegally concealed & it is obvious that Lisa Herrick abused her office for personal gain and that court officials were well aware of this. As you can also see, The civil grand jury investigation report refenced internet searches, yet failed to reference public guardian related banners that were highest ranking in search engines.
Attached is document regarding Human Relations committee investigation into Grand Jury with testimony that prosecutor directed grand jury members to disregard testimony from certain individuals.
The current "case" is a bogus domestic violence charge. I was helping Heidi who was having medical issues not overdose on aspirin by making sure she did not overdose. I slapped table in Starbucks to get her attention as she was having massive panic / anxiety attack. I did exactly what I needed to do. The MC-410 speaks volumes & the court & Lisa Herrick are responsible for inflicting these injuries on Heidi. There is no way in hell they can claim to have no conflict. Additionally, County Social Workers: Robert Rocco, Peggy Chou and others falsified public records in collusion with Sunnyvale Police Department illegally kicking us out of Vagabond Inn Hotel which was paid for by Federal Funding out of Project Room Key.
As Heidi's advocate, I redressed these grievances as I was supposed to do & as my right and Heidi's under U.S. Constitution. Because I had redressed these grievances, Social Worker Peggy Chou filed document claiming that Heidi Yauman was banned from receiving services until December 2025.
Peggy Chou committed felony and must be prosecuted. She misrepresented my valid expression of first amendment rights and claimed it was "harassing emails". She has failed to follow through with her requirement to produce evidence backing these claims. Just as Robert Ridgeway could not back his claims.
