TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
After submitting several claims to the City of Sunnyvale and/or City of Santa Clara over the last few years regarding an extended police-sponsored campaign of violent assaults; property vandalism; harassment; stalking and menacing etc at the Plaintiffs’ place of residence; nothing has been done to rectify the problem and no arrests were ever made.

George Hills Incorporated has for all intents and purposes functioned as a coverup agency for the various misdeeds and illegalities Plaintiff has experienced over time (as did the F.B.I. etc) and now the Superior Court Of California is seemingly taking part in the coverup as well.
Plaintiff DOES NOT appreciate this kind of mistreatment and abuse. America is supposed to be based upon civil rights; fairness; honesty and integrity – not bullshit and lies and evasive behavior as Plaintiff has experienced as of late from those who are supposed to be above this kind of negligent; insulting and careless behavior. At some point in time people within the American court system must get down off their high horses and admit fault.
Let it be known that an intelligent; strong; fearless Plaintiff has been targeted over the last decade for his brave and noble acts; something that it not only entirely unacceptable – but also criminal. And the only reason nobody was ever arrested and the illegal siege was allowed to continue on for so long; is not only due to CROOKED COPS; but also MALICIOUS PROSECUTION and/or MALICIOUS NON-PROSECUTION.
Prosecutors in Santa Clara County are clearly half assed and biased as they protect women and/or teenage girls (for instance) over pretty much everything and/or everybody else. Whereas in the Middle East (for example) it is the exact opposite situation as men are actually treated better than women. Is there any way the justice system here in the United States can achieve a higher standard of justice by protecting everyone equally?
In other words; EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW? The Superior Court is required to respond to all complaints regardless of perceived validity or otherwise.

ReplyDeletei don't think you really understand the gravity of this situation...for about two years there were carloads of people outside my bedroom window screaming at the top of their lungs at different times (saying among other things; FUCK YOU! but at first i didn't know the the hell it was; i honestly thought someone WANTED TO KILL ME AND LOST ABOUT 50 NIGHTS OF SLEEP AND ALMOST DIED IN THE PROCESS...until i found out who was involved...then at that point the crooked sunnyvale police department proceeded to PROTECT MY ABUSERS IN COURT AND PUT FALSE ACCUSATIONS ON MY RECORD!?!); these terrorist punks would do their drive-by terrorism at 10 pm; 3 am; 2:30 am etc etc etc...and every time i called the police; the police either made excuses for these punks; or just left and did NOTHING WHATSOEVER (see GROSS NEGLIGENCE; NEGLECT TO PREVENT etc etc etc)...
BUT! if this same thing happened to you (jeff); ALL THE PEOPLE INVOLVED WOULD HAVE BEEN ARRESTED ASAP WITHOUT HESITATION...or if you (jeff) were locked in a closet and had a bike lock wrapped around your neck THE PEOPLE WHO DID IT WOULD BE IN JAIL RIGHT NOW BECAUSE YOU ARE AN OVERPROTECTED GOVERNMENT FUCK...
i tend think you (jeff) have lived a sheltered life and therefore don't really understand many things about life in general...you probably come from a rich family and always enjoyed police protection...and i tend to think that you feel your government life is more important than my private sector life -- but the the truth is; as long as government keeps up its' tax extortion racket; you are essentially putting the cart before the horse in protecting your government lives more than those who fund your various follies....so get a fucking clue...
